HR Rep Curriculum

Three types of certification are available and correspond to the types of duties a person is assigned.  Core Courses are the equivalent of required courses for a major.  To achieve certification, a Human Resources Representative will be expected to complete each of the core courses and a minimum of three electives.

The curriculum includes many existing courses, and some HR Reps may have already completed several of the courses listed.  Therefore, core and elective courses completed during the past 24 months will be credited toward certification. While this is not a cohort-designed program, participants will be invited to participate in a Learning Services' graduation to be recognized their efforts, and to promote networking opportunities for the HR Reps.
