Strategy Development

Whether the objective is to develop a short-term action plan or a long-term strategic plan, OD will partner to customize the best approach.  By understanding key components of the work environment (i.e., strategic intent, resources, processes, organization design, and culture) we can focus on how to achieve improved business results.

Audience and costs (where appropriate) associated with each depend on the nature and scope of the project.  A proposal is offered after initial consultation for each request.

Strategic Planning - A strategic plan is a road map, leading a group or organization to where it would like to be in five or ten years.  It is a systematic process of envisioning a desired future, and translating this vision into broadly defined goals or objectives and a sequence of steps to achieve them.  It helps to clarify the strategic purpose, team values, goals, and action items to help move  the team forward during team sessions.

Change Management - Change management is a set of ideas, strategies, and skills that can be applied to engage change effectively.  We collaborate with leaders and teams to design, develop, and deliver a change management and leadership plan to respond to external or internal changes impacting the team or organization.

This includes training and application of the Emory Change Management Model.
